- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual pieces.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit piece.
- Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal them closed.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
