Irresistibly Cheesy Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual pieces.
  4. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit piece.
  5. Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal them closed.
  6. Place the bombs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, brush the tops with melted garlic butter before serving.
  • These bombs can be made ahead and frozen before baking. Just add an extra 5 minutes to the baking time if baking from frozen.
