Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add the warm milk and melted butter, mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes, then let it rise for 1 hour.
  4. Roll the dough into a rectangle, sprinkle with mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, and parsley.
  5. Roll the dough tightly and cut into pieces.
  6. Place in a muffin tin and let rise again for 30 minutes.
  7. Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
