  • 6 strips turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  2. Add onions and garlic; sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in diced potatoes and chicken ham, mixing well.
  4. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  5. Stir in milk and Cajun seasoning. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste before serving.
