- 4 cups potatoes, diced
- 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- Salt to taste
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add the onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add the diced potatoes and chicken ham, stir well.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Cajun seasoning. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with the crispy turkey bacon.
Notes
- For extra creaminess, mash some of the potatoes before adding cream.
- Add more Cajun seasoning for a spicier soup.
