4 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
1/4 cup unsalted butter
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the honey, lemon juice, and minced garlic, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Rub the salmon fillets with Cajun seasoning and season with salt.
Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the honey butter mixture generously over the fillets.
