- 4 bell peppers
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, mix together chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, shredded cheese, celery, green onions, garlic powder, and salt.
- Stuff the mixture into each bell pepper.
