  • 4 bell peppers
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix together chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, shredded cheese, celery, green onions, garlic powder, and salt.
  4. Stuff the mixture into each bell pepper.
  5. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can top with additional buffalo sauce before serving.
