Make delicious and easy Bisquick sausage balls using turkey bacon and beef for a savory snack or appetizer.

  • 1 cup Bisquick mix
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the Bisquick mix, ground beef, chopped turkey bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Add in milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add some crushed red pepper flakes.
  • These sausage balls can be frozen after baking for later use.
