  • 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced thin
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine beef with soy sauce and cornstarch. Marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add marinated beef to the skillet and cook until browned.
  4. Add broccoli and beef broth, cover and steam for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in oyster sauce and sesame oil, cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
