  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients together.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the wet ingredients until combined.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fill the donut pan with the batter and bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
