  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup honey

  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Halve the pears and remove the core.
  3. Place the pears cut side up in a baking dish.
  4. In a bowl, mix the feta, honey, cranberries, and rosemary together.
  5. Stuff the pear halves with the feta mixture.
  6. Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the pears are tender.
