Baked Orange Cranberry Chicken Thighs

Delicious and juicy baked orange cranberry chicken thighs that are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.

  • 4 bone-in chicken thighs
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 orange, juiced and zested
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the orange juice, zest, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the orange mixture over them.
  4. Add the fresh cranberries around the chicken.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  6. Serve hot, garnished with additional orange zest if desired.

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the orange mixture for a few hours before baking.
