- 3 pounds pork roast
- 1 cup apple cider
- 8 slices turkey bacon
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Season the pork roast with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté chopped onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add apple cider and bring to a simmer.
